Lynn Palm's advice on your dressage riding techniques is available to you for a small monthly fee!
You can upload photos and videos of you riding your horse and receive video critique feedback from Lynn herself!

Photographs and videos can be a very helpful tools for you as a rider. In still pictures or moving frames you can analyze your riding position and use of aids. This can give you a better idea of the things you are doing well and things you need to improve.

For example, below I have two photographs and each one tells me what I am doing well, and what things I need to make a conscience effort to improve.

Rider leaning forward

In this photo I am leaning too far forward with my upper body and have no contact with my reins. My horse is heavy on his forehand and is not using himself from behind.

Rider leaning back

In this photo I am sitting straight with my upper body, deeper with my seat and have good contact with my reins. My horse is in a natural frame with his weight shifted back so he uses himself more from behind.
