Lynn Palm's advice on your
dressage riding techniques is available to
you for a small monthly fee!
Photographs and
videos can be a very helpful tools for you
as a rider. In still pictures or moving
frames you can analyze your riding position
and use of aids. This can give you a better
idea of the things you are doing well and
things you need to improve.
In this photo I am leaning too far forward with my upper body and have no contact with my reins. My horse is heavy on his forehand and is not using himself from behind.
In this
photo I am sitting straight with my upper
body, deeper with my seat and have good
contact with my reins. My horse is in a
natural frame with his weight shifted back
so he uses himself more from behind. Videos of Lynn Riding Quarter Horses in Dressage Larks Home Run
